Delivery in India
Typically, your order will be delivered within 5-7 working days. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will ship your order via Value Payable Post (VPP). In such cases, delivery may take 7-10 days or longer, depending on the destination.
Returns Policy
We accept returns and offer either a replacement or a full refund within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns are applicable only under the following circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Care team immediately at 7003835426 or email us at dasmonojr@gmail.com We will either issue a refund or send a replacement, based on your preference, after verifying the issue. Please ensure the original packaging and all contents of the shipment are returned along with the damaged or defective product.
Incorrect Product Shipped: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, notify our Customer Care team at 7003835426 or email us at dasmonojr@gmail.com without delay. We will process a refund or send the correct product, as per your choice. The original packaging and all items from the shipment must be returned along with the incorrect product.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse, a cancellation fee of Rs. 100 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment source.
If you cancel the order after it has been shipped, the shipment cannot be stopped. In this case, you must refuse the delivery when it arrives. Once the returned shipment is received by us, a cancellation fee of Rs. 100, along with applicable postage and handling charges, will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment source.
Refund Process
We will process your refund within 3 working days of confirming the return. However, it may take 7-15 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank or credit card account, as inter-bank procedures can cause delays.
